What makes this organization unique?

Alpha Bravo Canine’s mission is to raise, train and donate trained service dogs to U.S military veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and other combat related disabilities.

Who can sign up to get a service dog?

Veterans of the US Military who fought in overseas combat and now suffer from a disability-related to their wartime service.

How much does it cost for the vet to get a dog?

Free. Zero dollars and zero cents. Thank you for your service.

What kind of service dogs are offered?

Fully trained Service Dogs

How long does it take to get the new service dog?

It will vary from month to month depending on a few different things such as how many dogs do we have in the program and how many veterans have been approved to receive one. Puppies start training at 8 weeks old, and they graduate when they are between 1 and a half and 2 years old. So typically, the wait time can be anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. You will be well informed of everything.

Where does the organization get the aminals to train?

We work with Lynnville Labradors located in southern New Jersey.
