What makes the organization unique?
VETOGA’s mission is to provide yoga, meditation, and healing arts to military, veterans, their families, and communities.
Who can sign up to participate:
Military, veterans, law enforcement, first responders and their families.
How Much Does It Cost?:
Yoga teacher trainings and classes are free to veterans through fundraising efforts.
What kind of activities are offered?
Teacher training equips veterans with the holistic tools and teachings to pass on the healing benefits of yoga to their veteran communities.
Through this work it enables and encourage veterans to create harmony and peace for themselves as well as others, allowing them to continue their service in a more peaceful way.
How Long Do The Activities Last?:
Yoga classes 45-75 mins
Yoga teacher Trainings 10-14 days.
