What makes the organization unique?
STAG VETS INC created the nation’s first Acute Veterans Crisis Agriculture center, Comfort Farms, named in honor of United States Army Airborne Ranger Captain Kyle A. Comfort, (KIA, May 8, 2010).
Premier location currently prepares veterans and students for careers in sustainable food production that integrates economic profitability, environmental stewardship, and healing through the use of a developing model of Agro-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and time-tested organic holistic approaches.

Who can sign up to participate:
Veterans who are homeless, in need, suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).

What kind of activities are offered?
Agricultural program and fishing and hunting is only reserved for those that volunteer at the farm on a regular basis.
