Changing lives - One Stride at a Time - Providing healing, growth, and inspiration to individuals with diverse needs through equine assisted activities.
Using specialized therapeutic equine techniques combined with horse and rider relationship development,
San Diego Therapeutic Horsemanship improves the physical, cognitive and social well-being of men, women, and children, one stride at a time.

Freedom Reins
San Diego Therapeutic Horsemanship is honored to provide therapeutic/recreational horse riding services to wounded service members, including those with physical, emotional and learning challenges.
Mounted horse riding lessons improve muscle tone, balance, and confidence. Groundwork sessions work to increase the direct connection with the horse, building trust and communication, and providing an opportunity for emotional release coupled with a sense of accomplishment.
