What makes the organization unique?
We are women supporting women who served! Humble Warrior Wellness & Yoga is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting women veterans and first responders by providing no-cost wellness programs to promote social connections and wellness.
Who can sign up to participate:
Any woman veteran or currently serving military members, & women first responders.
How Much Does It Cost?:
Services are Free.
Some programs require a fully refundable nominal registration fee. This is only to prevent no-shows and support the waitlist process.
What kind of activities are offered?
Yoga, Mindfulness, guided journaling, whole food, and plant base eating, a nature centric activities.
How Long Do The Activities Last?:
Classes are an hour,
workshops are 1-3 hours,
and retreats are a full day.
