The Mission of Adaptive Sports Association (ASA) is to provide outdoor, sport and recreational experiences for people with disabilities.

Who can sign up to participate:

Veterans with a disability. The disability does not have to be service connected.

How Much Does It Cost?:

Free for veterans — ASA provides free access to ALL summer and winter programs for any military veteran with a VA disability rating. This includes lessons, lift tickets, and equipment rentals.

What kind of activities are offered?

Cycling
Hiking (Overnight Camping)
Fishing & On the Water Fun (Flatwater Canoeing, Kayaking, Rafting)
Winter Sports (Skiing, Snowboarding, Sit-Skiing, Ski Biking)
More/Other (Rock Climbing, Overnight Camping)

How Long Do The Activities Last?:

Varies. Winter lessons run half-day (2 hrs) or full-day (5 hrs). Summer activities range from single-day outings to overnight camping trips of 1–2 nights. Advance reservations are required for all veteran programs.
