All military personnel commit to serve a mission that is larger than themselves. Working together with many others who have made the same commitment creates a deeply internalized ethos of what the Military describes as “service before self.” Lacking a clear mission, veterans may feel adrift. VHF provides multiple options for veterans to reinvent their mission to serve others.
