What makes Because We Can - Because We Care unique?

Our veterans, first responders and horses share similar symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Their triggers could be the slightest sight, touch or sound. This gives the veterans and first responders a greater understanding of the mindset of the horses we rescue.

What type of activity?

PTSD equine rehabilitation. The focus is on the horses not the veteran.

 

How Much Does It Cost?

Free to participants and their families, veterans don't need to be there for family to go.

 

How long does activity last?

As long or as short as you like, by appointment only.

What if I need help getting there? Travel and lodging?

Travel and lodging is not covered. you must cover these yourself.
